We are anchored off Copperhead which is a marked anchorage near the Island of Sans Souci. We had a very calm sail on Georgian Bay yesterday with very light winds. We stopped for lunch at Frying Pan Island which is home to the famous Henry's fish restaurant. One can only get to the restaurant by boat. The staff come out and help you dock and you can stay for the night if you wish. I am not sure of the rate. The place was packed at 1:00 when we arrived for lunch so I would imagine that it would be especially busy on the week ends. They are open from June until Labour day week end. Folks even come in by float plane to eat here. It is well worth it, the food is good with a good size portion and it is a wonderful atmosphere and view.
There sure is a lot of rock and as a fellow boater from Florida pointed out, if there is a rock they will build a house on it. Jerry and I feel we are back on the Rock!
We are off to Parry Sound today where we will stay for the week end unless we change our plans and as you know that does happen from time to time.
